How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. For urgent requests, please contact us directly.
Do you travel outside of Marrakech?
Yes, we serve all major cities and tourist destinations in Morocco. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Marrakech.
How do I prepare for a photo/video shoot?
We'll send you a preparation checklist after booking. Generally, ensure the property is clean, decluttered, and well-lit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
